Brainfood for Wizards | #24

On this episode of the Restore Healthcare Project, Dr. Kang dives into noticing the distress signals we constantly are putting out or picking up as healthcare workers and clinicians. We often pick up on things and take on responsibilities that are not our own, emotional baggage that we shouldn't be holding onto, and other times we refuse to pick up what is ours. God has created a seat at the table for us, to feast on hope and wisdom. We can retrain how we see news, our social medias, and our thought-life to reflect that hope and wisdom that comes from knowing the Lord and how he sees the future, and ourselves as clinicians.
