In this session, Dr. Lysa Owen will take us into a different way of thinking about success, timing, and what it means to be faithful in healthcare. Instead of measuring impact by how much we produce or how visible we are, she’ll invite us to slow down and pay attention to the places that feel hidden or in-between.

Looking at the life of Joseph of Arimathea, she’ll highlight how even a small role can carry real weight in God’s story. She’ll also unpack the picture of trees; how something that starts small can grow, multiply, and become part of something much bigger over time.

This session is less about striving and more about seeing—learning to recognize where God is moving, even in seasons that don’t look the way we expected.
